Glen is a CCIM, GRI, Texas Real Estate Broker and founding member of Keller Williams Realty Boerne Hill Country office, The Boehm Team of Keller Williams Realty and ultimately Boehm Commercial Group of Keller Williams Commercial.
Glen graduated from Texas A&M University in 1992, received his MBA from St. Thomas University in 1996, and has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Appraisal Consultant, Texas Real Estate Arbitrator, and a Texas Commercial Real Estate Key Note Speaker. He’s held leadership positions at AT&T, Alcatel USA, Teradata, Transwestern Commercial Real Estate and Keller Williams Commercial.
Glen enjoys spending time with his family, serving at church, and giving back to his community. After years of serving on numerous community area boards and service organizations, he believes that “Serving and helping others is one of the most important elements in life.” His latest focus has been with Boerne Special Olympics and Boerne Aquaplex.

Born and raised in Cypress, Texas, Adriana Black brings a wealth of experience and dedication to The Boehm Team of Keller Williams Boerne and the Boehm Commercial Group of Keller Williams Commercial. With over three years in San Antonio, Adriana currently serves as the Office and Operations Manager, where she oversees daily operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficiency across the teams.
Adriana is a senior at the University of Texas at San Antonio, majoring in Communications with a focus on Public Relations. She is set to graduate in May 2025 and is passionate about leveraging her skills in communication and public relations to enhance client relations and team success. Susan Stafford- Holbrook
Transaction Coordinator
Susan is from North Carolina and has been in involved in some aspect of the real estate industry for many years. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Susan worked in real estate advertising for many years before moving to the state of Florida. Susan obtained her Florida real estate license and was an active real estate agent for 14 years working with both residential and commercial clients. Susan then moved back to North Carolina after getting remarried and lives in North Carolina with her blessed blended family of seven. Susan also obtained her North Carolina real estate license but decided to take a different path of being a real estate transaction coordinator. Susan has worked with agents from many different states helping them close numerous transactions per year. Susan now has the pleasure of working with The Boehm Team full time assisting them with both residential and commercial transactions.
