Glen is a Texas Commercial Real Estate Broker, CCIM, GRI, and founder of Boehm Commercial Group with Keller Williams Commercial. He is also a founding member of the Keller Williams Realty Boerne Hill Country office and leads The Boehm Team with a focus on strategy, performance, and long-term client success.
A graduate of Texas A&M University in 1992, Glen earned his MBA from St. Thomas University in 1996. His background includes service as a Texas Real Estate Appraisal Consultant, Texas Real Estate Arbitrator, and Commercial Real Estate Keynote Speaker. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles with AT&T, Alcatel USA, Teradata, Transwestern Commercial Real Estate, and Keller Williams Commercial.
Known for a clear, disciplined approach, Glen helps owners, investors, and businesses navigate complex commercial real estate decisions. His advisory style emphasizes market insight, strong underwriting, and trusted relationships.
Outside of real estate, Glen values time with his family and active service at church. He has supported numerous local boards and service organizations over the years. Today, his community involvement includes Boerne Special Olympics and the Boerne Aquaplex.

Raised in Boerne, Texas, Dalton developed a strong appreciation for the Texas Hill Country and the growth happening throughout the region. After graduating from Champion High School, he attended Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. His education built a strong foundation in finance, negotiation, and strategic planning that he now applies to every transaction.
Dalton specializes in commercial real estate with a focus on helping investors, developers, and business owners make confident, well-informed decisions. With deep local market knowledge and a relationship-driven approach, Dalton works to create long-term value for his clients.

With a natural talent for organization and problem-solving, Madalyn keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting both our residential and commercial teams.
Her local background gives her a unique insight into the area’s charm, growth, and client needs. Known for her friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, and calm presence under pressure, Madalyn plays a vital role in ensuring our clients and team members feel supported every step of the way.
Outside the office, Madalyn channels her creativity as a professional special effects and movie makeup artist. Whether working on film sets or designing imaginative looks in her free time, her artistic eye and passion for detail bring a unique flair to everything she does—both professionally and creatively.
Susan Stafford- Holbrook
Transaction Coordinator
Susan brings decades of experience across multiple areas of the real estate industry. She supports both residential and commercial transactions nationwide.
Susan graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and began her career in real estate advertising. She later relocated to Florida, where she earned her Florida real estate license. Susan spent 14 years as an active real estate agent. During that time, she worked closely with residential and commercial clients. She gained firsthand experience in transactions, negotiations, and client service.
After returning to North Carolina, Susan obtained her North Carolina real estate license. She transitioned into a specialized role as a real estate transaction coordinator. In this role, she has supported agents across multiple states. She helps manage and successfully close a high volume of transactions each year. Her attention to detail and organization make her a trusted resource. Her deep understanding of the transaction process adds consistent value.
Susan now works full-time with The Boehm Team and Boehm Commercial Group. By assisting with both residential and commercial transactions, Susan plays a key role in keeping deals on track. She supports agents behind the scenes and ensures a smooth experience from contract to closing.
Outside of work, Susan lives in North Carolina with her blended family of seven. She values balance between professional excellence and family life.
