AT&T Wireless Coming Soon to 3020 Broadway, San Antonio, TX

Recent national headlines declared, “AT&T’s Expands Footprint with 1,000 Phone Stores – and a Coffee Shop.”  True to form, AT&T Wireless recently agreed to lease nearly 1,500 square feet of commercial retail space at 3020 Broadway St., San Antonio, TX.  The location is very near downtown, in the shadow of the Pearl Brewery Development and right on the ever growing Broadway corridor.

The AT&T retail partner is excited about this opportunity, and looks forward to serving Pearl area residents and businesses.  As the recent article noted, “it’s part of the communication company’s aggressive strategy to ‘have one of the fastest-growing retail footprints’ in the United States. In addition to the coffee shop, the company plans to open more than 1,000 traditional retail stores in the next 15 months across the country.”

AT&T is seeking numerous locations in the Houston, San Antonio, and South Texas areas.  They are seeking spaces ranging from 900 square feet to as large as 3500 square feet.
