Boerne Vatertags Parade would like to continue the Boerne tradition of celebrating this special day within the Boerne community. Join the fun, either entering the parade or on the sidewalks as a spectator. Come out and have some fun! Enter your float online. Volunteers & sponsors needed. The Boehm Team Hosts Meeting with Alamo Colleges

On Thursday, July 25th 2019, the Boehm Team hosted a meeting with Alamo Colleges and Boerne Community leaders. Discussed at this meeting was the new North West Education Training Center. This new campus, although in Bexar County, sits next to the Kendall County line and will be a huge benefit to Boerne and surrounding area residents.

There are a few key points we took away from this meeting. 

  • The vision Alamo Colleges has for this campus is a unique classroom setting that incorporates the outdoors.
  • As of right now, the first classes are expected to start in Spring of 2021.
  • Alamo Colleges is hoping that an estimated 6,000 students will be enrolled at this campus when classes start.
